1- Apply to dry skin.
2-Aelt the product into the skin.
3-Wash off.
-Starts as a thick gel balm and from massaging it into the skin, it then thins out to an oil , dissolving all makeup and eye makeup including waterproof.
-You then dampen your fingers to change to a light milk and wash off.
